The Certificate in Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID) is a 6-month, full-time, competency-based vocational education program developed through the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disability’s (DEPWD) Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), in collaboration with the University of Melbourne, Australia.
